Access to the property is through an understated gated entry with secure keypad controls. The newly paved driveway takes you through a forrest of pine and juniper. Upon arriving at the landscaped circular drive you are greeted by a stone clad entry. The glassed double front doors offer you the first hint of the Bend Oregon Cascade Mountain views that dominate the West side of the property. 

The entrance foyer has slate and glass tile floors and expands into an open greeting area backed by a step down bar and the Great Room. The Great room has bookended stone fireplaces, custom ironwork, custom, distressed ceiling beams, Brazilian Walnut floors, a bar area with wet bar and refrigerator. The Dining area has a coffered ceiling, stone fireplace and adjoining temperature controlled wine room. Brazilian Walnut floors are featured throughout the Great room, Dining room and Gourmet Kitchen. Large windows and full lite doors reveal the Cascade Mountain views from all the public area.

The huge gourmet kitchen has vaulted ceilings, a custom stainless range hood and granite slab countertops. Opposite the professional grade range is a casual seating for breakfast and snacks. The range has 6 burners plus a grill with two electric ovens. A small desk is built into the cabinets. The kitchen is a natural gathering area that is expansive enough for cooking and entertainment. There is a baking area with double ovens. The butlers prep center with work sink, under counter refrigerator and one of the dishwashers has upper display cabinets.  In all the kitchen has four ovens, two dishwashers, a double stainless sink and a prep sink. Dramatic lighting choices add to the evening ambiance. Views of casting pond and Cascade mountains make this a pleasant place to cook or just hang out. Adjacent to the public area is the Powder room with venetian plaster walls, stone floors and custom, concrete sink. It even includes a urinal for the guys.

Down an art gallery hallway with oak floors is the Entertainment room. The entertainment room has a wet bar, bookcases and a window seat. Views are of both the landscaped, entry circle and the mountains. There is a private wooden deck with Bend Oregon Cascade mountain views.

On the upper level is the 1,100 square foot Master suite that is a private oasis. The Master bedroom has a large stone fireplace, large sitting area and vaulted beam ceilings. There are Brazilian Walnut floors, custom bookcases, a bar with granite top and refrigerator, custom doors and woodwork, and a private deck that overlooks the casting pond and golf green. Of course there are Bend Oregon Cascade mountain views. There are two entries to the Master suite. One is a back staircase that gives easy access to the private offices and the main garage.   The Master bath has heated, limestone floors, a spacious steam shower with Pratt and Larson tile, bubbling tub, dual lavs with custom countertops, continuous hot water and Cascade mountain views. Custom ironwork in our home for sale uses a theme we created to represent the Central Oregon Cascades. This theme is used for fireplace screens, stair railings and deck railings. There are lower level and upper level guest suites.

The guest suites have custom tiled bathrooms. The stone and glass tiled shower in the upper guest suite uses a creative motif of the glass tile emerging from the stone tile like lava rising from a volcanic vent. The shower has selectable body wash nozzles and shower head. A stone tiled compass rose is used for the base of the shower that has a frameless glass enclosure. The tiled shower in the lower level guest suite features quarried limestone with temperature controlled selectable rain shower and hand held shower heads.

The fourth bedroom is on the upper level and overlooks the entry circle landscaping. We have always used this as a formal office. It is appropriate for both uses and offers an additional office or study area. 

The upper level also has a workout room with full, connecting bathroom. The workout room has a skylight in addition to windows with mountain views. This space could also be used as a nursery, office or study area if the workout function were relocated to the Yoga Studio or Sports Barn.

The two room office suite with built-in filing, storage and work areas has a private entry.
