Equipment Shed and Dog Kennels

Equipment and dogs can go together. The dog run and dog kennels adjoin the equipment shed.

 The dog run is  23’ x 16’ gated and fenced. It is protected by a large juniper tree and includes a cedar doggie deck.  The kennel 9’6” x 8’ and holds two insulated dog igloos. The kitchen breezeway has a warm water dog washing station. This property is good for dogs. It is well fenced with plenty of room to run. There is shade for warm days and lots of wildlife to watch when running is just too much.    

 The Equipment Shed has two ramped entrances. The main section is 10’6” x 16’ with double doors. The back section 10’6” x 8’ with double doors and storage shelf above the dog kennel. With the equipment shed all of the outdoor tools and equipment can be kept out of the garages (remember there are 8 garages) and the Car and Sports Barn.

There is a tether ball court next to the Equipment Shed to entertain those young “helpers”. My Dad had a saying that went: “one boy, one helper; two boys, half of a helper; three boys, no helpers at all.” 

This home brings out the inner child in all of us.
