The large upper level en suite has total privacy in a separate wing of the house. It has incredible Cascade Mountain views and overlooks the old golf green. This room has a sitting area and a natural place for a desk. There are two large closets and storage space. A nice detail of this bedroom is double skylights that bring morning light to the room. One skylight is operable for cross ventilation. This space is comfortable and quiet.
The upper suite has a custom tiled bathroom with stone floors. The stone and glass tiled shower in the upper guest suite uses a creative and custom designed motif of the glass tile emerging from the stone tile like lava rising from a volcanic vent. The shower has selectable body wash nozzles and shower head. A stone tiled compass rose is used for the base of the shower that has a frameless glass enclosure.
The lower level guest en suite overlooks the entry circle and house front landscaping. It is off of the oak floored art hallway. The highlight of the lower suite bathroom is quarried limestone with embedded fossils. The limestone is accented with glass tile. It has custom cabinetry and a tiled countertop. The stone tiled walk in shower has temperature controlled selectable rain shower and hand held shower heads. A glass blocked half wall provides natural light.
The lower suite is in the same wing as the Entertainment Room. This entire wing can be locked off to become a private guest area or a teenager's personal lair.
A fourth bedroom is on the upper level and overlooks the entry circle landscaping. Although it is a bedroom, it has been commonly used as a formal office. It is appropriate for both uses and offers an additional office or study area for the home.
The upper level also has a workout room with full, connecting bathroom. The workout room has an operable skylight in addition to windows with mountain views. This space could also be used as a nursery, office or study area if the workout function were relocated to the Yoga Studio or Sports Barn.
